Iain Anderson

Managing Director

Iain has been the Managing Director of Radwise since 2008 and is one of the founding directors of Radwise. Iain graduated with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems with Management in 1995 and has gained various qualifications in the field of radiation protection. With over 21 years’ experience in the nuclear industry Iain has gained considerable expertise in the contract radiation protection market.

David McBride

Director / Business Development Manager

David is also a founding director of Radwise Limited. He started his career in Health Physics with South Scotland Electricity Board (SSEB) at Hunterston in 1990 before leaving in 1998 to work for several contract Health Physics Support companies. On formation of Radwise in 2000 David was appointed the role of Resource Manager and he continued in that role until taking up the new post within the company of Business Development Manager in early 2011.

Ian McAllister

Operations Manager

Ian started his career in the nuclear industry in 2001 working for various Health Physics support companies, joining Radwise in 2003 as a Health Physics monitor. After holding various Health Physics supervisory positions, Ian took on the role of Health Physics Support Manager at the Bradwell Site in 2009.
Ian played a fundamental part in the implementation of the Health Physics training initiative that has proved crucial to the safe and compliant delivery of the Bradwell accelerated decommissioning programme. Overseeing a team of more than 100 personnel for several years makes the move into Operations Manager a natural progression and Ian will bring experience and enthusiasm to what is undoubtedly a challenging role.

Gayle Paton

Business & Commercial Manager

Gayle commenced employment with Radwise Limited in 2003 to provide administrative support then progressing to become a member of the Management Team in 2007 in the role of Business & Commercial Manager with the main duties of managing finance, admin and human resources. Prior to her employment with Radwise Limited Gayle worked for Magnox Electric at Hunterston A Power Station since 1996.

Kerwin Smith

Resource Manager

Kerwin commenced his career in the nuclear industry as a Health Physics Monitor with Scottish Nuclear at Torness Power Station. After nine years Kerwin embarked on a career in contract radiation protection services, gaining extensive Health Physics experience at various establishments throughout the UK. After working on and off for Radwise since 2001, Kerwin was appointed to the role of Resource Manager in early 2011. Kerwin’s experience in contract Radiation Protection is vital for the successful delivery of the services that Radwise provides.

Tiree Gechie

EHS&Q Manager

Tiree commenced employment with Radwise in April 2013 as a Technical Support Engineer. Graduating with a MEng in Architectural Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 2012, she has further achieved a Nebosh National General certificate in her time with Radwise and is currently in the process of becoming a Technical Member of IOSH. Tiree also holds Internal Auditor status within the company.
