2. What Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and an encrypted version of your password.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases to process your personal data:
- Contract: Processing your data is necessary for us to perform the contract we have with you (i.e., to provide you with the Service you have registered for, including during your free trial and any subsequent paid access).

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

- Third Party Providers Data: Some of our third-party service providers (e.g., Google, Stripe) may process data outside the United Kingdom or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs).
- Product Analytics: We use PostHog to understand how users interact with our Service. PostHog captures data such as pages visited, clicks, mouse movements, and technical device details. We use this to improve the user experience and fix bugs. PostHog stores data in the European Union.
