Terms of Service
Last Updated: 14.02.2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RadWise website ("the Service"). The Service is operated by RadWise Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
RadWise provides an online question bank and revision materials intended for educational purposes, specifically to assist with preparation for the UK Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) examinations. Access to the Service may be offered on a free basis, a paid subscription basis, or a combination of both ("Tiers"). We reserve the right to introduce fees for new features or to convert free Tiers or features into paid Tiers or features at our discretion. Any such changes that affect existing users will be communicated in advance.
1.1. Free Trial: Upon registering for an account, you will automatically be enrolled in a free trial. The trial allows you to access the question bank subject to certain limitations. The trial period will end when either of the following conditions is met first: (a) you have answered a predefined number of unique questions, or (b) a predefined number of days has passed since your registration date. Once the trial period ends, access to the question bank will be restricted, and a paid subscription will be required to continue full access.
2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
This section applies to any paid Tiers or features of the Service that you may purchase.
2.1. Subscription: Access to paid portions of the Service may require a one-off payment or a recurring subscription. This payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified paid features for the fixed duration selected at the time of purchase (the "Subscription Term").
2.2. No Automatic Renewal: Your access will expire at the end of your Subscription Term and will not automatically renew. You will need to make a new purchase to continue accessing the Service.
2.3. Pricing: All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£, GBP). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect any Subscription Term you have already paid for.
2.4. Refund Policy: You have a statutory right to a 14-day "cooling-off" period. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the paid content (defined as answering 30 or more questions). By accessing and using the paid question bank beyond this limit, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period. After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
2.5. Subscription Extension Policy: For certain eligible subscription plans, we may offer a one-time subscription extension in the event that you do not pass your FRCR 2a exam. To qualify for this extension, you must contact us and provide satisfactory proof of your exam result. Upon verification, your subscription will be extended free of charge until the date of the next available FRCR 2a exam sitting. This offer is limited to one extension per purchase and is subject to our verification and approval.
3. User Accounts and Conduct
3.1. Account Creation: When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
3.2. Single User License: Each subscription is for a single user only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials to any other person.
3.3. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to monitor account activity (e.g., for simultaneous logins from multiple locations) and to terminate any account suspected of password sharing, data scraping, or other malicious behaviour, without a refund. We use technical measures (including device fingerprinting) to detect account sharing.

This allows us to incorporate good ideas into our question bank.5. Medical and Accuracy Disclaimer
